He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Kody alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

History: Born in the south to a Farmer, Charles learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has achieved small success as a Farmer.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His childhood dream was to be a Priest, but he was a colossal failure. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
