History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Adelard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Adelard decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'3" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Cook soon after.
