He has a small bristly mustache and wavy golden hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Lance was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Lance's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Balimaar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Unemployed. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He struck the Unemployed job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Hunter was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born to a Fortune-teller, his father struggled to pay the bills. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.
