History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: Nicholas speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Nicholas has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
