Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a Tailor, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He struck the Animal Trainer job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Randal will drive conversation. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Randal was born the youngest of three triplets. A gifted student he started as a Crown-heir, but he got bored and became a Doctor. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Doctor.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes goblins are coming to abduct people. The war was a terrible time for him, and Chad does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He married young, but lost his spouse to goblins. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of goblins
