Personality: Hubert hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Hubert was a troubled youth.
