Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mason but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Ernest alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
