History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Raymond reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away.
