Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Cartwright born in the past three hundred years. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a black coat. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair is chestnut and curly. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears dull black sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed shield, just in case. His black hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and doesn't want to be a dyer and was forced into it by his family

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His white hair is heavily combed to the left. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Miles's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born in the north to a Marshal, Miles learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he's looking for his big break

Description: This man wears silk and lounges about seductively. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He got into the Bowyer business at a young age. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He tends to his Bowyer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bowyer and was forced into it by his family; and further expansion of business
