Personality: He is happy with his job as a Bather. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Through the years after Norman was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Norman's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is a great chef.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Anthony alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is typically in his Soapmaker uniform. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Soapmaker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has worked as a Soapmaker like his mother before him.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Theobald was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He became a Masseuse soon after.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
