History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He bought a shortbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lance grew up listening to his father's many stories. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born to a Miller, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Theodoric alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: This late middle aged man wears black trousers with blue and grey striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts and is in decent physical shape. He has wavy auburn hair. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. In his youth he was a Locksmith, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He became a Layabout soon after.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and to be a locksmith again

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and someone believes him a fraud
