Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. History: Bertram lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Glassblower they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Butcher, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Ralf alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: He wears dark leathers with embroidery. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His long auburn hair reaches down to his waist. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized pastel coat. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy black hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bernard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
