Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His auburn hair is lengthy. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Justin took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up whip and armor he uses now. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'0". He wears a tan vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his tan boots flare out at the collars. His golden hair is singed and shortened. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Gifted from a young age, Reynard studied abroad. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Tanner. He has achieved small success as a Tanner.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Junk Dealer profession.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has worked as a Tanner like his father before him.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Tanner and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
