History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Geoffrey fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Mortician. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Roger was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Mortician. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Apothecary they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Sellsword, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
