Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Weaver born in the past three hundred years. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He got into the Weaver business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Weaver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
