History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing red cape and mantle trimmed with soft grey waves gently in the breeze, marred by sweets. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born into a rich family. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Being a Dilettante kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. A true patriot, Charles would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he has a crush on the local soapmaker
