Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Born in the east to a Butcher, Manfred learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Butcher for hire.
