History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He tends to his Herbalist job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Unemployed hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: Born to a Engraver, his father struggled to pay the bills. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Charles alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Charles was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Jocelyn took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
