Description: This western man is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and tan handkerchief worn on his left side. His clothes are grease stained in places. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ernest grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ernest. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing blue cape and mantle trimmed with soft yellow waves gently in the breeze. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he is greedy

Description: He wears a white vest and prefers violet and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He carries a battered spear and tarnished bastard sword as well. His golden hair is lengthy. His eyes are gray and beady.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Lance will drive conversation. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Animal Trainer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has never given up on his dancing dream.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He carries with him a set of monstrous two handed axes, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has green eyes and a brown hat with a green feather.
Personality: He is a Barrister first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Alex's homeland. Alex decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
