He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is renowned for his bright tan suits and hats. His hair is long and black with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. In his youth he was a Cartwright, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Diggory lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Justin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Richard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Richard was born the youngest of three triplets. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.
