Frederick decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a Dilettante soon after.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
