Personality: He is happy with his job as a Mayor. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His first spouse was a Painter, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He got into the Weaver business at a young age. When Diggory reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and seeks redemption

Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born to a Unemployed, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears tattered old clothes. His brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. He has green eyes and a blue hat with a brown feather.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Randal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Randal. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Randal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
