The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Balimaar was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bookbinder. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. His childhood dream was to be a Bounty Hunter, but he was a colossal failure. He has worked as a Miller like his mother before him.
