He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: He was born in the north. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
