History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Lance was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Lance's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His silver hair is lengthy. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his broad green hat.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Flaws: Hedonist. Bonds: Attractive, Rich, Criminal record. Occupation: Barber

Description: He wears a pastel shirt with thin brown vertical stripes and blue pants. He carries a battered rapier and tarnished kukri as well. His golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ernest fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: This man is renowned for his bright brown suits and hats, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His hair is brown and curly. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
