Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Chad and his spouse have recently divorced.
