Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy white hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Description: This northern man is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His clothes are grease stained in places. His hair is long and black with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is golden, braided, and well cared for. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To be a Dyer again.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Fortune-teller, marred by teas. His auburn hair is thinning but still full. His ears are large.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Roland was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To be a Bowyer again; and seeks redemption

Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He is dressed in earthy colors with a tan and black handkerchief worn on his right side. He is an epitome of beauty. His auburn hair is knotted and matted. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He takes great joy in being the best Stableman in town.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His first spouse was a Shipwright, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He tends to his Stableman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is typically in his Layabout uniform. He wears a colorful flower in his chestnut hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has achieved small success as a Layabout.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult.
