History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He got into the Roofer business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Bounty Hunter, but he got bored and became a Roofer. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was born in a small plains village. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. After a long history of fighting, Tim and his spouse have recently divorced.
