History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.
