History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Adelard was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Adelard was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

Description: This northern man wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His clothes are grease stained in places. He is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are a pleasant amber.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Miner. He became a Miner soon after.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to be a detective again

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with red colored cloaks and clothing. He has no hair. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Bricklayer who has hired him part-time. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He got into the Bricklayer business at a young age. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bricklayer for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he would like to get married and retire

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is wearing a long, brown cloak. His red hair is still thick. His eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Gilbert was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Painter. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: He stands about 6'6" and wears an entirely white suit with blue socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His long golden hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is an amazing painter.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
