Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Dean hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is a Ruler first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has taken up work as a Ruler and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new ruler responsibilities is difficult
