History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hugh grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He worked as a nervous Stylist and found it very stressful. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Adam was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things
