Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Gifted from a young age, Gilbert studied abroad. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Fletcher soon after.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.

Motivation: To protect his home; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He got into the Roofer business at a young age. Alexandre was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Roofer. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Roofer for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new roofer responsibilities is difficult
