History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Lance was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He bought a dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His brown hair is long and unkept. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born to a Shipwright, his father struggled to pay the bills. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.

History: He is a Doppelganger in disguise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature falchion.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
