Gerard Remington, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This man wears a yellow cloak and cross-gartered grey stockings, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has moderate length blonde hair. His half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gerard is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Mayor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
Ideals: Justice, Gifted. Flaws: Greedy. Bonds: Attractive, Criminal record. Occupation: Mayor
Voice: Gruff and masculine

Personal [hide]
Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He has auburn hair. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.
Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. William took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up trident and armor he uses now. He bought a trident and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and his religion dominates his actions
