History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He tends to his Shoemaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shoemaker responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gilbert was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gifted student he started as a Soapmaker, but he got bored and became a Spy. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Patrick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
