Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. After a long history of fighting, Miles and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
