History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. During his travels, Clerebold and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Clerebold discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Gilbert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When Gilbert reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel.
