Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Norman's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Baker for the past few years.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Everard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
