Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: The child of a Mercenary, who enjoyed hunting, Theobald was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. After months of barely getting by, Theobald managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
