History: Manfred was born with his father's beautiful face. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Gomory lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature crossbow.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
