He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He is a Jackalwere in disguise. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was born in the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Norman reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears pastel robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a hand crossbow, but if one is not available he will default to his scythe. His hair is long and silver with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small pastel clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.

Personality: Lance speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Lance was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.
