History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family A freak accident while working with his Doctor mother left him crippled. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Hubert was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
