History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bernard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He has a long silver beard with little hanging trinkets. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Lewis hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Lewis hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Through the years after Lewis was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Lewis's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is a Sage first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sage and was forced into it by his family.
