He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Reynard isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. After a long history of fighting, Reynard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and retire the richest man in the north

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Wymar embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He got into the Stableman business at a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has achieved small success as a Stableman.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new stableman responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Anselm is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Anselm never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he loathes his own lifestyle
