Description: He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'9" when asserting himself. His auburn hair is greasy and uncared for. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He takes great joy in being the best Cartwright in town.
History: Born in the east to a Cartwright, Nicholas learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. His moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Gerald liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. After a long history of fighting, Gerald and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and regain custody of his son

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His auburn hair, when down, is lengthy. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. William fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Gardener. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: He's in love; and to end his boredom
