He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Theobald isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Born to a Herbalist, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Servant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
