History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cook hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Charles was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Performer. He now mingles about in high society.
