History: John was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Dustin embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: Bernard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and to pay off his debts

Description: This late middle aged man is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior and is in decent physical shape. He sports a flattop hair cut. His half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lewis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lewis. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
