However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

History: Diggory was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. After coming to the age of reason, Diggory took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and many giants want him driven away

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: He got into the Locksmith business at a young age. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born in the north to a Dilettante, Aldous learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
